安裝、調(diào)試與維護Installation, commissioning and maintenance
1、GT系列氣動執(zhí)行器可與閥門直接連接，也可通過支架和接頭與閥門安裝連接。
2、安裝時必須保證氣動執(zhí)行器的輸出軸與閥門軸的同軸度。
3、管接頭機導管內(nèi)部清潔干凈，無多余物，粉塵及油污等。
4、電磁閥、電氣定位器、電氣轉(zhuǎn)換器、氣動定位器、回信器等應按相關說明進行安裝、調(diào)試。
5、氣動執(zhí)行器兩端的調(diào)節(jié)螺釘，可以微量調(diào)整閥門的開啟角度，調(diào)整后必須將螺母銷緊。
6、執(zhí)行器與閥門應同時調(diào)試，對閥門加壓到額定壓力，執(zhí)行器以氣源壓力0.4~0.7Mpa對兩個進氣口切換進氣，管擦閥門打開和關閉情況，應轉(zhuǎn)動靈活無停頓，針爬行亂象，
并進行多次反復試驗。
7、安裝電磁閥的氣動執(zhí)行器，調(diào)試時應先用手動按鈕操作(電磁閥上的紅色按鈕)調(diào)試，然后再通電調(diào)試。
